You will act as the right hand of the owners and you will coordinate and optimise the daily processes in the clinic and you take a coaching role towards a team of approximately 8 members. We want you to be the driving force in modern human resource management.
We want you to develop a vision that focuses on the strategic goals to contribute to the short-term and long-term success of Duinbergen Clinic.
You have strong sales and marketing skills, because you will think up the marketing campaigns (both on- and off-line) and roll these out within the available budget for which you are responsible. We expect you to come up with new ideas for mailings, newsletters, social media, website and advertising
- You have experience leading a small business
- You have passion for beauty and want to promote increased self-esteem
- You are a people manager who implements changes with respect for the individual competencies and qualities, where coaching and collaboration lead you.
- You are responsible for the operational daily running of the clinic, where you coordinate and control important work processes (such as files, medical supply and operation theatre functionality)
- You will coordinate and optimize the daily work processes
- You will setup improvement and prevention plans
- You guarantee the transfer of all relevant and necessary information and report to the owners
- You will be in touch with the suppliers
- As a commercial talent you will combine strategic vision with an operational hands-on approach
Profile
- Bachelor or masters degree
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- You have very good computer skills and are acquainted with social media
- You are a communicator and team player
- You are highly motivated and preferably available on short notice.
- Your mother tongue is Flemish and you have a good fluency in French and English
